We are hiring a Sales Professional for our DuraMax division and we are accepting resumes for a position in New Jersey. We prefer someone with experience in the welding industry, that is very knowledgeable about various welding alloys and abrasives. We are looking for both male and female applicants who are ambitious and motivated! There is a lot of upside to joining our team now! There is earning potential to earn over $100,000 per year with the possible commission.
Brief Role Description –
- Present, promote and sell products/services using product knowledge and sales training to existing and prospective customers
- Plan weekly schedule for cold calling, potential service route and utilize time best to meet goals
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and utilize CRM Platform, Salesforce, to organize and log opportunities, calls and prospect information, set appointments, etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with Sales Manager
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through quarterly reviews and contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks assigned to meet profit goals as a team.
Skills/Qualifications Preferred: Strong work ethic, Customer Service, Sales Experience, CRM (Salesforce is a plus), Cold Calling, Goal Setting, Time Management, Communication, Teamwork/Collaboration, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills and Customer Relationship Management.
